i realised that God has a great sense of humour, unlike the lameness of my BSF lecturer and DG leader. ((:

A thought just popped into my head on the train on the way back: People are never satisfied with what they have.

It was just a random thought, one that was sparked off by the conversation between seeleng and shucks-i-forgot-my-brother's-friend's-name. and then just shortly after i was looking at my arm and saying to myself: eeks i got a fat arm. and then i look up and i see a lady who's arm is at least 2.5 times mine.

"what are you complaining about? i made you perfect."

"yes God, it's just that i think i could be you know.. a bit slimmer, a bit prettier?"

"OH. are you saying that you're sub-standard? that thought earlier was from me. and you still had that self-belittling thought right after that."

and then it struck me. oh yes! God speaks to us all the time, but we really don't realise it. and this really made me want to be even more sensitive to God's voice.
